Job Description

- Make our company India's Largest Watch Store with more than 50% market share of the Online Watch Business

- Create a scalable and sustainable business model

- Hire people int the division and lead the team

- Recognize sources and set up Vendor Accounts for daily business

- Negotiate with vendors/brands for better pricing for our customers

- Drive Relationships with Key Accounts

- Build best Product Catalog across sites with accurate data & Pricing

- Manage Watches specific requirements in operations, website, customer support training etc

- Improve processes & metrics to help scaling up

- Apply Technology to solve problems and bring efficiency and accuracy wherever possible

Desired Skills & Experience

- Strong understanding and experience of Watches Wholesale & Retail Business

- B Tech + MBA from reputed institutes like IIT and IIM

- Strong problem solving skills

- Minimum 4-5 years experience

- Strong focus on execution

- Experience in building highly scalable business

- Experience of handling and building a team

- Proven success record and stability
