Position : Business Head - Delivery & Sales

Industry : Recruitment Consulting Firm

Key Result Areas of the Position :

Strategic :

- Implementing the Promoters Vision of making the Placement Factory a prominent leader in recruitment industry with 100 people strong team, multi city presence.

- Strategizing the future growth, creating necessary internal systems, verticals, infrastructure as we grow.

- Building the Brand "Placement Factory" keeping in mind the prospective customer & employees

- Exploring opportunities to build new capabilities as new client offerings.

P&L Ownership :

- Making business plans and presenting & agreeing the same to the management,

- Execute the plan to achieve the business goals.

- Build a healthy business pipeline and attain the targeted revenue

- Controlling the operational expenses with in the budgeted limits.

- Periodic performance, Financial review with the management

- Periodic reporting to the management

Client Engagement & Delivery :

- Client Engagement to maximize the penetration within the existing clients.

- Creating market intelligence to have the edge over competition through market & Talent Mapping.

- Delivering to the existing client mandates as per the Placement Factory Working approach.

- Continuously liaison with the client HR team to get the current/ future requirement/ pipeline and plan accordingly.

- Organizing get-together/Rapport building sessions with the stakeholders

Business Development :

- Building a strong Lead generation & BD team, set targets, monitor performance of the team.

- Organizing business networking meetings

- Building rapport with the decision makers of the prospective clients

- Making detailed Sales & Marketing budget (Commensurate with the company current & Future growth) and execute the same.

Team & Performance Management :

- Setting up SMART goals and controlling the performance as per the KRAs

- Managing a performance of recruitment & BD team.

- Setting up day to day productivity targets to be the first to deliver the client needs.

- Creating the performance driven environment in the organization.

- Hiring team in various departments e.g. Operations, Market intelligence & BD.

- Incentive schemes for the recruiters

- Responsible for ensuring attendance and discipline of the team

- Responsible for knowledge Management & Knowledge Retention

- Providing necessary training to the recruitment team.

Measurable Objectives :

- P&L Management : Agreed Revenue/ Profit %age

- Business Development : Adding 3-4 active clients (Average) per quarter. Building a Lead Generation & BD team of 3-4 members in first 3 months and then grow the same in similar fashion.

- Team Building : Adding 2 members per month with Industry specific experience

- Capability Building : Adding & Stabilizing one new line of business in 2-3 quarters

- Market Intelligence : Talent mapping and building the marketing intelligence team
