Business Head - Telecom

Role deliverables: Business Head for a top Telecom MNC

- Will be responsible for the entire operations of the circle. ( sales / Marketing / Customer Service / Finance / HR/ Technology & Legal

- Accountable for Circle’s Budget & Planning

- Business Indices like Revenue, Revenue Market Share, NPS scores, CAPEX, OPEX

- Create a congenial climate for superior Circle culture that fosters employee development, engagement and bench strength building
