Only local candidates with BD experience in education/ training/ skill development/ franchise management domains being considered.  Position : Business Head - Skill Development  Education : MBA  Experience : 10 - 18 Years ( BD experience in education/ training/ skill development is a MUST )  Location : Mumbai ( only local candidates being considered as of now )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile:  - Candidate will have the responsibility of setting up the Business in skill development with 220+ company owned and franchise centres across the country.   - Candidate will be accountable for Recruiting, Skilling and Placing of 6 Lac students across India with a Business Target of Rs 300 crores in 3.5 years.   - Candidate should have Sales & Distribution Experience in a franchise Network and should have prior experience of setting up an all India franchise network. Should have understanding of different geographies and their potentials.  - Should be capable of handling Business Partners.   - Should have ability to estimate cost, strategize pricing & profit planning. Ability to assign resources, roles & responsibilities, getting the team's commitment.   - Establishing joint strategies & goals, joint decision making, regular communication, adherence to ground rules, conflict resolution, ensuring goals achievement.   - Knowledge of business drivers and success factors of industry, business environment, competition analysis in account and people dynamics of client organization, sales management processes, models on ROI, trainers role in performance enhancement.   - Relationship Management, Negotiation Skills, Business planning, Goal setting, Reviewing. Academy Structure, Knowledge of Products, Concept of Retailing, Understanding of Business Partner Model. Product wise revenue model, Capacity Utilization norms.   - Helping set goals & objectives of team members, reviewing performance, developing team, encouraging innovation, implementing change initiatives, influencing market, partners, customers.
