About our Client - Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking experienced Business Head for their Retail Forex division.

Job Description: As the Business Head - Retail Forex, you will be reporting to the Head of Business Banking and will be responsible for:

- Building, developing and growing the Retail Forex portfolio for the Bank

- Managing and driving the Retail Forex business involving foreign currency products - Remittances (Inward and Outward, including LRS), Cash, Pre-paid Cards, Demand drafts and Cheque collection

- Defining and designing Forex product processes within Regulatory Framework and as per Industry practice

- Establishing tie-ups with FFMCs for purchase and off-load of FCY currency

- Defining process and tie-ups with influencing agents for Retail Forex sale business

- Managing product process linkages with other teams in Treasury, NR, Corporate Banking and Operations Ensuring review and modification of product and processes in line regulatory changes from time to time

- Ensuring the achievement of the Retail Forex budgets

- Ensuring regulatory compliances related to retail forex business

- Designing and maintaining system capabilities, through IT team, related to retail forex

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a MBA / CA with at least 8 years of experience in Business Banking primarily in Retail Forex in a Business Manager role and should be currently in a Business Head role.

- Additionally you will have thorough understanding of RBI guidelines, various Forex business segments such as FFMC, Agent business etc.

- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have the ability to influence and drive stakeholders.
