Business Head - Retail (12-15 yrs)

Position : Business Head -Retail

Reporting to : CEO

Location: Gurgaon

Job Responsibilities :

- He/She should have exp in execution of Retail, Corporate, Exhibitions and Hotel interiors. Should have exp in generating new business

- He /She will be required to handle the Team of Architects, Designers , Marketing & Projects Team

- He/she will be responsible for Client Interaction & Business Generation

- You will be required to handle Project Development starting from the Concept Layout, Space Planning to the co-ordination and Execution at Site.

- You will be required to handle entire business model.

- Ensure the achievement of Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Targets for the Team

- Will be responsible ensure the delivery to the client is up to his expected level of Quality

- Ensure team members do not have any issues with the system or people within it. Take necessary actions and measures to resolve the same.

- Upgrading the skill levels of the team members

- Ensure that the coordination between departments functions smoothly and highlight issues to supervisor when not able to sort them out personally.

- Will be responsible to Review the on-going work and the new Business generation for the team

- Responsible for productivity of the team of architects & Interior Designers.

Qualification & Key skills

- You should be an Architect with min 12 yrs of exp in the interior Industry. Excellent leadership qualities & technically sound. Excellent communication, problem-solving, management and organizational skills.

- Candidate with good exposure with architectural/interior Firm with exposure to Retail projects preferred.

- Should have good contacts within the Industry.

- Eye for Detailing and anticipation of problems

- Ability to avert crisis situation and handle a crisis proactively.
