Job Description.
Broad Objective: To drive recruitment for Key Projects, Contractual Manpower cutting across IT Skill and managing customer which are largely big IT vendors.
Key Result Area .
- Account Management of existing Account and Acquisition of new accounts set.
- Mapping requirement for the existing customer and ensure fulfillment through delivery. Manage the existing account through meeting the customer on regular basis and capture their new requirement and ensure fulfillment
- Maintaining the healthy state of staffing/resourcing business .Incremental growth in staffing business.
- Funnel Update and updating Daily Dash Board
- Bid Management: Preparing the bid based on RFP . Participation in the bid process and successfully closing the bid.
- Project Management -Managing the project from staffing perspective at customer place . Working on the issue resolution of customer and timely updating the customer on status of resolution.
- Team Management- Participate in the identification of Talent for the team, Conduct goal setting and performance review for the team, Drive team development, engagement and reward initiatives; Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any people issues.
