Business Head - Recruitment Firm (8-15 yrs)
We are looking for multiontional recruitment search firm,having office is USA and India.
They are planning to open their office in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities :
- Working closely with the Country manager and regional leadership to design business plan for the market.
- Defining a 3 year and 5 year vision of the business both from revenue as well as capabilities perspective. And executing the same.
- Building team and Leads with track record of building profitable business in the market.
- Acquiring quality clients and managing relationships with the senior professionals in the industry.
- Building a pipeline of business with average billing of 6-10 Lacs.
- Originating CxO level assignments on retainers and executing the same.
- Cross selling Choices platform to the existing clients of the firm to build more deeper relationship.
- Ensuring profitability of the business on running basis.
- Ensuring sound compliance culture in the region.
Candidate Profile :
- Strong relationship with senior level/ CHRO professionals in the Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai market.
- Proven track record of building sustainable business.
- Strong leadership skills and resourcefulness.
- Strong people management skills
- Good understanding of the compliance & regulatory environment in the region.
