Business Head - Online Sales - Online Payment Gateway (5-10 yrs)
The person will be responsible for driving online sales across channels and improve adoption of online payments among existing customers.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute marketing programs to drive organic online sales
- Work with the field sales and servicing teams and create programs that encourages them to drive their customers to use online payment methods available on our website
- Run re-marketing/re-targeting campaigns to convert users who abandon shopping cart
- Work with the Cross functional teams to Optimize user work flows and improve the conversion across channels - Web, mobile website and, mobile app
- Should have complete knowledge and experience of payment gateway
- Define the software requirements and prioritize the tasks taking the business impact and risks in mind
- Ensure that various technology related tasks get implemented in timely manner and deliver a secure, reliable and efficient online payment solution
- Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues and risks that may impact the team's ability to meet goals
- The role will require ability to work in a highly dynamic work environment with skills in terms of cross-functional team coordination, consensus building among various verticals within the organization and across departments to achieve overall business objectives in a timely & efficient manner
- Keep pace with the latest developments in countries online payment infrastructure and with the competition
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Analytical - ability to analyze data and come up with meaningful trends and insights
- Strong problem solving, analytical, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail
- Proven leadership abilities
- Customer/user centric approach
- MBA or equivalent - Mandatory
- B.Tech would be a big plus
- 10th & 12th should have minimum 75%
