Challenges / Responsibilities;
1) Introduce new business platforms through online and offline channels to spread awareness and increase the revenue
2) Overlook the financials of the company that mainly includes cash flow and profitability.
3) Manage the team to execute all operations as per commitments currently includes order processing for marketplaces, sending monthly line sheets to outright buyers and to make sure the deliveries are per timelines.
