Role Name: Business Head

Role Purpose: Manage business plans with relevant product and strategy

BSC perspective: Key Responsibilities

Finance: - Maximize rupee gross margin

- Develop comprehensive business plan

- Achieve budgeted profits

- Manage inventory to maximize stock turns/SPSF (OTIF) and monitor discounts/price grids across brands

Customer :- Develop relevant product mix

- Maximize like for like sales across all stores and products

- Adherence to full price sell through percentage norms

- Engage and build strong relationship with key Brand partners

Internal Business Process: - Oversee category plans in the areas of pricing, promotion, assortment and allocation

- Marketing strategies with enhance category visibility

- Monitor and review performance of category

- Adhere to process calendar

People/ Learning & Growth - Provide consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets

- Develop the team - train, guide, upgrade skills and provide exposure

- Build high performance teams

- Minimize attrition in the team
