Designation: Business Head Liabilities - Digital Bank   Responsibility:   Job Purpose:   - Accountability for growth & the economic profit performance by driving revenues through products viz; Savings Account, Insurance, Mutual Fund etc. And channels viz; Payment Channels, Cards etc. in the Digital business.   - Playing a key role in generating, evaluating and executing driving revenue generation strategy.   - Accountable for the establishment and embedding of the values, behaviours and risk appetite that underpin the achievement of Digital Bank India objectives.  Key Accountabilities:  - Strategize, develop & implement Digital Bank business strategy to increase market share & to achieve targets viz; revenue, ROE & Cost / Income ratio targets.   - Responsible for new product developments (Both Liabilities, Investment products & Payment products ) and to narrow product gaps, improve service quality & increase client contribution  - Responsible for developing & ensure execution of Customer Acquisition Strategy  - Ensure all regulatory reporting & compliances are enforced. Work with the legal team to ensure recoveries & minimize bad debts & NPA's. Also ensure assistance to external & internal audits.  - Ensure communication of strategy in leading & developing the team.   - Engage teams viz; Product & Customer Acquisition to ensure the embedding of values that drive the Digital Bank business in India.  Duties & Responsibilities:  - Take major innovative and key business decisions to ensure revenue generation through Digital Bank business in India.   - Prioritisation & Resource allocation. Review various Product / Channel performance  - Lead origination and execution of more complex/cross-divisional transactions  - Build long term relationships founded on efficient and reliable support particularly through quick risk decisions and managing consistency and quality of operational service.  - Establish contacts and implement regular calling program on existing and potential clients at different levels.  Experience:  - Overall 15 + years of experience in Business Development / Sales  - Market knowledge and experience in the Banking liabilities product segment, with reference to customer preferences and requirement would be a must  - Demonstrated execution of product launches / penetration through Digital channel is a prerequisite  - Digital Product management exposure will surely be an added advantage  - Knowledge of ecommerce space, competitors & market place  Education:  MBA / CA with experience in Banking managing business development responsibilities specifically in Liabilities Product Segment and exposure to digital channels
