Role : Business Head - IT Healthcare

Location : Gurgaon

The Role Requires the Individual to Building the organization, Managing Business Operations, Support Business Development, Building Team, Leading and Managing people, Meeting Business Objective (Top Line & Bottom Line), Liaison with Public & State Agencies (Minister/Top Govt. Officials) and with Press, and General Management

Qualification : BE + MBA

Experience :

- Senior-level experience (16 to 22 years) specially in health care, healthcare application development, operations management, including health care finance, public health and community-based services

- Respected entrepreneurial and credible leader with vision, presence and a passion for building organization from scratch

- Track record of leading and navigating change and growth

- Adept at navigating the political, economic and health care landscape: including a sophisticated understanding of the strategic drivers, trends and outside forces that effect

- Healthcare Services & Application Market - both threats and opportunities

- Strong understanding of how to build & sustain an organization through a variety of complex funding mechanisms

- Track record of developing and cultivating strong, effective collaborations and partnerships

- Demonstrated success in development/fundraising and revenue generation-diversification

- Proven ability to understand and ensure compliance with complex regulatory requirements

- Advanced degree in a related field required

- Effective communicator with the ability to expand the Organization’s visibility, influence and impact; passionate, compelling and persuasive; comfortable speaking in national & international forums
