Qualifications : Engineering Graduate and a MBA from Tier I institute, with 15-20 years of relevant

The role of the Business Head is to Strategies, Create and to manage day - to- day operations of the organisation. And Align System, Process, Structure, People, Product and resource in manner that are best aligned to organisational goals of this organisation and making sure the coordinated effort is effective in achieving desired goals of the organisation.

Work experience in creating and managing large business of Size Rs.500 Crore

- Strong Strategy Formulation, Conceptualization and Development Skills.

- Building Organization Structure, Recruit and Develop employee.

- System and Process Development.

- Understanding of Online Business models

- Ability to inspire, manage and develop large team.

- Good Analytical Skills.

- Good Business, Entrepreneurial and Leadership Skills.

- Ability in work with multiple stakeholders and cross functional team

- Ability to solution complex business problems.

- Strong business development and marketing, sales and service.
