Business Head - HR SaaS Product (18-20 yrs)
- Responsible for complete P&L, Business Development and Marketing for the vertical
- Build and execute a high-level, growth driven strategy to achieve profitable major market share
- Acquisitions of new clients for HR SaaS product.
- Identifying & managing key clients for potential business development towards high value customers and strategically securing profitable business
- Lead team to expand customer base with other cross functional responsibilities like marketing, Strategy and Product Management.
- Interacting with key influencer among internal customer for ascertaining requirements, making presentation and delivering need based product solutions
- To proactively seek, develop new clientele and ensuring reoccurring business
- Proposal generation and accurate estimation of effort
- Generate data bank through primary and secondary means. Identification, analysis & Study of relevant industries & sectors through research in terms of business potential and interest on a Global Scale
Required Skills:
- At least 18-20 years of working experience including a minimum of 12+ years of the relevant experience of working in a target oriented environment.
- Should have managed P&L role for a Particular line of Business (B2B environment)
- Has managed relationships at CXO / VP level and large enterprise deal
- Prior Experience and understanding of SaaS related Key Performance Indicators like ARR, NPS, Net Margin, CLTV, CAC, etc.
- Should have worked in SaaS based product companies
- Prior experience of managing Channel sales partners
- Qualification: B.Tech / MBA (B.Tech + MBA will be preferred).
