Urgent opening with Leading NBFC for the Post of Business Head - Home Loan /Mumbai
Leveraging and streamlining existing systems for achieving enhanced operational efficiency.
Will be responsible for planning the Strategy and policy formulation for the front level staff of Sales, operation,Credit and Collection for HL, LAP,SME.
Conceptualizing and implementing competent strategies for establishments of corporate/ group goals and attaining the same within pre-designated parameters.
Setting - up new divisions/ departments involving acquisition of requisite material, equipment selection and human resources, financial resources as well as taking mandatory approvals.
