Job Description :
Planning of all purchases of fresh produce
Developing markets for the products
Work with branding team to create high brand recall
Manage teams across geographies.
Manage P&L of the business.
Standardization of processes.
Market survey and introduction of new materials for trading.
Vendor identification, Evaluation.
Developing vendor base
Tendering and quotation analysis.
Prepare comparative statement.
Sampling & verification of new products.
Issuance of purchase order. Signing of purchase order, bills.
Authorize the bills for payment.
Co-ordination with accounts dept. for payments to the suppliers.
Collections and streamlining of collection process from customers
Set up the supply chain for all services.
Managing MIS & Documentation.
Ensure appropriate usage/ wastages analysis.
Analyse trends and data to ensure operationally sound purchase systems and decisions.
Conducting regular monthly Audits and Surprise Inspections on the Sites.
Salary offered: 20 - 35 LPA
