Business Head - Formal/Casual/Beauty/Accessories/Apparel/Footwear Industry

What Are We Seeking-

As a Business Head, you would be responsible for driving topline and bottomline for your vertical. This is a leadership position and requires an individual to not only drive business but also drive a team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create the strategic roadmap for the category with clear deliverables for the entire business unit

- Develop a strong understanding of the category, market, consumers and growth opportunities

- Responsible for the revenue targets as well as the gross margins

- Responsible for strategic brand tie-ups and relationship management

- Organize and lead business reviews and reporting for executive stakeholders

- Drive key performance metrics for the entire business unit

- Lead a team of experienced account managers, product merchandisers and fashion merchandisers

- Work closely with key marketing executives to plan and execute campaigns

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Category Head / Business Head preferably in Apparel / Accessories / Footwear industry with revenue targets

- Having driven topline / bottomline performance

- Previous experience working in an e-commerce environment is a plus

- Management experience - coaching and mentoring a team to help them achieve KPIs and revenue goals

- Strong understanding and ability to execute business strategies in order to ensure both short term and long term growth

- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Strong communication, negotiation, process, analytical and presentation skills
