Education : MBA is a must from a reputed institute
Experience : 15+ years of work experience in FMCG industry. Current experience has to be from top FMCG industry.
Should have handled P/L accountability.
Should have grown throughout his career
Need stable candidates, who had spend minimum 5-7 years in a good FMCG company.
