- Providing guidance to sales, marketing, supply chain, NPD and other key personnel on a regular basis to ensure stable operations  - Driving top line and bottom line performance of business unit in line with strategy developed  - Achieving growth, profitability and operational efficiency targets set in association with Directors  - Driving business operations, resolving any issues that may arise and raising major issues with the Directors  - Responsible for representing the business unit's perspective to the directors during reviews  - Setting objectives and monitoring performance of direct and indirect reports  - Coaching and mentoring reports along with driving engagement within the team  - Manage performance of all direct reports, support capability building and ensure that individual and individual/ team morale and motivation is positive
