The organization in India leads the Public Relations and Marketing Communication Consulting space, providing services across all functions to serve the communication needs of India's leading firms as well as large MNCs having a presence in India.

Job Description :

- To set objectives for the Practice Group and define short and long term goals through strategic formulation.

- To improve service delivery standard for existing clients, bring in new business while enhancing Team Efficiency standards and improving Employee Satisfaction.

- To plan and present to the management annual business plan with focus on growth.

- To spearhead activities of the team, thereby ensuring incremental growth as per the business plans of the Company.

- To constantly evaluate new areas of growth and present to the Management.

- To ensure monitoring of receivables and maintain the turnaround as per Company norms.

- To monitor and enhance service delivery standard for existing clients and pursue client retention's.

- Responsible for meeting business goals through proactive liaison based on incisive business intelligence.

Relationship management :

To assume final responsibility for retention of clients. To have a hands on approach to the clients, thereby ensuring a personal rapport is built with clients.

- To have the networking ability in the media with Sr. Editors and journalists at a national /regional level. Support other project teams and Branches with Clients and their related activities/ programs.

- To coordinate timely submission of MIS / reports as per Company Protocol.

To be an excellent interpersonal skills manager, capable of diffusing tension, handling inter-personal conflicts, within and outside of the organization.

- Motivate team for better retention .

- To work with HR and understand, develop and implement processes to enhance employee competencies by Training and Upgrading Build a knowledge pool of team learning's for continuous effort improvements

The Successful Candidate : The incumbent should have :

- Minimum 15 years of work experience

- Experience across agency setup

- Working within the finance domain at agency or industry level

- An understanding of spear-heading a business vertical

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to sustain and grow clientele base
