Designation - Business Head - Exports [Female]

Client - Leading Pen Manufacturer in India. One of the major exporter of pens and having their presence in more than 50 countries

Job Location - Mumbai

Experience - 5 to 6 years in sales

Compensation - 10 to 12 lac p.a

Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA

Traveled abroad on assignments, pleasing personality, fluent in English,knowing any of the following languages would be an advantage Spanish , Portuguese, French, Arabic, Persian.

Job Profile

- Sales Management: Planning of sales objectives, developing sales strategies and implementing the same through overseeing sales administration.

- Channel Management: Maintaining trade relationships with the distributors.

- Involve in designing & implementing schemes/discounts for effective market penetration.

- Monitoring payment policy through proper credit control

- Inventory: Regular administration of inventory; preparing of stock requirements as per changing seasonal demands.

- Marketing: Involve in Formulating & implementing marketing strategies to create and promote product awareness and gain market share.

- Experience in launching new product

- Administration: Supervising routine administrative tasks and ensuring the adherence to statutory compliances.

- Team Management: Achieving goal by leading & guiding team by providing right direction

- Achieving high growth targets through effective marketing strategies

- Leading, motivating & managing a team, support managers & staff, field force, distributors.

- Deliver top line sales number for the Region

- To plan and achieve the sales targets

- To plan and achieve the distribution targets

- Ensure control on sales waste

- Achieve sales target as projected

- Creation of Promotional & Brand theme for the popularity of Product

- Formulation of International sales strategy

- Selection & Recruitment of Marketing, sales staffs for the right jobs

- Continuous Monitoring and set up of important bases for product introduction

- Long term relationship with distributors and Wholesalers

- Targeting suitable and preferred places for outlets at national level for high product volume
