Business Development
- Strong Media and Sports Industry relations : Creative agencies, event management companies, key vendors etc
- Very strong brand connect : Across categories : Experience of working with senior executives from best brands
- Responsible for acquiring and managing new business at national levels.
Financial deliverables
- Achievement of Revenue and profitability targets
Key Account management
- Servicing & retention of existing key clients.
- Will be responsible for all the statutory compliances & legal contracts with clients.
General management
- Responsible for creating media opportunities and media coverage of the company
- Handle Acquisitions, Company PR, Internal & External Communication.
Skill Description

Must have
- A masters degree / MBA : full time
- 10+ years experience ; out of which 5+ in leadership position within organizations
- Must have managed a sizeable team with diverse backgrounds : atleast 5 years experience : No individual contributor roles
- Experience of individual managing a regional / national P&L ; building a winning team
Good to have
- Events / Sports Management experience : As a user / deal part
- MBA from a premium institute – 2 years full time
- Experience of working across sectors
- Affinity towards compliance documents
