Business Head with P/L Accountability

Job Profile:

Managing a chain of schools in AP with complete P&L responsibility with focus onoperations/administration.

This would involve:

- Managing and training staff who will be implementing various processes at school level and through central operations team.

- Day-to-day management and running of schools.

- Ensuring fee collections throughout the year.

- Marketing/publicity/sales: Initiating and implementing sales/marketing/publicity for new schools and existing schools.

- Project management: depending on market environment, acquiring schools/finding new location for schools: site
identification and project management to rebuild/renovate buildings for using as schools.

- Improving and maintaining high retention rate of students based on feedback received from parents and staff.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduated from a top tier management institute

- Experience in retail or B2B Sales or operations management between 4 - 7 years. Entrepreneurial experience preferred.

An education management services company offering schooling up to +2 that operates and manages 86 schools; 84 in AP and one each in Bangalore and Mumbai this year. It is aggressively expanding in Bangalore and Mumbai and expect to set up nearly 8 schools in these two locations. The aggregate student strength currently is 50,000 (approx.). It provide CBSE/ICSE/IGCSE curriculum through our brand - International Schools as well as other reputed Model schools.
