Designation : eCommerce/ Online Retail Business Head  Company : Leading Name in Consumer Durable Sector  Education : B.Tech + M.B.A (From premier B-Schools are preferred)  Job Description  - Formulation of online retail strategy for the company in consultation with senior stakeholders of B2C business both for entry and strategic plan period.  - Establishing and help implement integration strategy with existing channels of retail and distribution to offer a seamless brand experience to the end consumer, in consultation with B2C business leadership.  - Prepare and implement the annual and strategic business plan for the online retail business.  - Plan and achieve the Business (top line and bottom line etc) and customer (user experience score, compliments/complaints etc) related objectives for the online retail business.  - Coordination with various cross functional departments for developing and maintaining digital infrastructure including technology decisions for online retailing.  - Prepare and implement Integrated online and offline marketing strategy for the business with marketing communication team aligned with the respective brand/s.  - Leading cross functional team for product development and merchandising for the business.  - Receivables management across different online channel/s for payment linking, commission payouts, credit control and other commercial terms in coordination with finance.  - Liaison with concerned departments to ensure statutory compliance for the business.  - Building up systems and processes for smooth order execution and establishing online retail specific policies such as returns , collection ,pick-ups etc to achieve operational excellence  - Manage and develop internal teams and external / internal relationships for carrying out the above responsibilities and any other eCommerce initiative.  Mandatory Profile Requirements:  - Retail management  - e-commerce/ online retail management (mandatory)  - Customer experience/relations management  - Digital marketing/social media (SEO,SEM etc ) and web analytic understanding  - Marketing exposure / experience for lifestyle category preferred.  Shortlisted Candidates will be called directly.
