Our client, part of one of the largest dealership groups in India, is looking for the right candidate for the position of Business Head (BH). BH will be closely mentored and monitored to take larger responsibilities based on the performance. Said position is for dealership of leading Automobile Manufacturer having operations spread across 10+ sales & service touchpoints in Karnataka with Headquarters in Bangalore.  Essentials of BH  - The BH is responsible to establish a business excellence model in processes, productivity and profitability across Lines of Business.  - The BH will put in place a robust performance management process to improve business outcomes location wise, unit wise, Line of Business wise, model wise, activity wise and employee wise  - He will improve customer acquisition, retention, contribution and satisfaction through an effective Customer Life Cycle Management process  - He is expected to support the CEO in developing strategy to achieve the targets for volumes, market share and profitability  - He should transform functional managers into Profit Center Heads and establish a performance driven culture in the organization  - He would monitor and ensure implementation of SOPs and new initiatives, analyze the performance variances, identify the gaps, initiate corrective measures and improve performance outcomes  - He would empower the management team and involve them in the key business decisions  - He will maintain excellent working relationship with the team, foster internal competition, recognize and reward the performers.   - He will optimize working capital by effectively managing inventory and receivables   - He would also identify the risks, analyze its impact in terms of frequency and intensity and establish risk mitigation/minimization measures.   - He would effectively Coordinate with OEM team and enjoy their trust and confidence.  - He will be responsible for employee productivity, satisfaction and retention  Requisites  - The candidate should be in the age group of 40 to 50 years with an MBA from top business school with 15 to 25 years of experience of which 7 to 10 years should be in a leadership position in auto industry  - Engineer with MBA will be preferred  - Should have experience in leading teams with a high level of written and oral communication & presentation skills  Compensation  - CTC will have both fixed and variable components. Total compensation will be in the range of 24 to 26 lacs per annum (Based on experience and capability) including performance linked variable component  - Compensation will not be a limiting factor for deserving candidates
