- We have been retained to search for a Business Head / COO - (BD & Projects / SBU & P&L Head) UAE for a leading turnkey interior / fit-out contracting company expanding operations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, India. The company is part of a large reputed construction and contracting Group, with operations in Africa, Asia, Europe & Middle East.
Desired Skills and Expertise :
- We are looking for a seasoned professional with minimum 15-20 years in the turnkey interior contracting business in the Gulf with focus on Furniture & Fit-outs.
- Must have rich exposure to both BUSINESS ACQUISITION / sales & marketing / tendering and contracting and PROJECT EXECUTION including handling Joinery and contract manufacturing / outsourcing. He is responsible for ensuring top & bottom line.
- GCC experience is a must - exposure to Europe / Africa highly desirable.
- Ideally should have been a profit center head for minimum USD 50Million / 5 years.

Education : BE/BTech & MBA from premium institutes preferred
