Business Head - Consumer Durables (14-18 yrs)
Key responsibilities :
- To build a profitable organization and business ( Revenue - Top Line - Bottom Line)
- Participate in creating Vision, Mission & Values at Top level and role model through the Leadership.
- Provide strategic direction to the Business by creating a Mission, vision, Business Strategy and plans and ensuring associate commitment and alignment.
- Provide Strategic guidelines & inputs on business targets in comparison to Competition.
- Ensure achievement of business & financial results by driving through robust goal setting, periodic reviews and Audits.
- Communicating Brand positioning through strong value proposition to the customer
- Brand visibility through BTL & ATL and various Marketing activities/interventions .
- Create & Develop Effective Channel strategy in alignment with Market strategy
- Manage Operational Excellence in areas like After Sales Service, sourcing, new product development, etc.
- Create New Growth opportunities through mergers, acquisitions & technological transfers.
- Promote open culture which facilities team work, collaboration, customer orientation and creativity.
- B.TECH/B. E with MBA in Sales & Marketing from (Top B Premier Institute)
- Experience 12- 18 with exposure to Sales & Marketing, Contract Manufacturing Business Model . Industry Preferred Consumer Durable, FMCG & Retail.
