About our Client: Our client is a multi billion dollar organization and a market leader in its categories. They are growing at above market average and have been pioneers in terms of innovations and distributions strategies. They are looking for a person to head the India region for one of its verticals, based out of Delhi.
Job Description:
Reporting to Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and analyzing market and current trends
- Developing the overall business plan, communicating the plan to the team and conducting frequent planning and review sessions
- Developing business with the CEOs and Marketing Heads by selling ideas and customizing according to needs of the client.
- Coming up with ideas and innovative solutions for the client and assist in enabling exponential growth of the value of their brand.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure timely and smooth implementation of ideas.
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be a MBA from a premier institute and have 15-18 years of experience primarily with agencies in activations, brand management and media background.
- You will be someone with strong business development skills and ability to build strategic relationships with clients. You should have experience of managing complex teams.
