Role: Business Head – Cold Chain
Job Description:
- Responsible for the entire Cold Chain Operations (Warehousing & Logistics)
- End to End Supply Chain Management, MS Office, SAP Exposure
- Inventory Management
- Accurate Dispatch Planning
- Ensure Accurate Space utilization planning for all arrivals
- Supervise and ensure timely picking, checking and dispatch operations to meet on-time in-full dispatch & delivery KPIs
- Monitor Stocks on Weekly, Monthly basis
- Establishing and ensuring service standards
- Reporting for Capacity Utilization for Cold Stores & transportation.
- Ensuring Satisfactory Customer Service
- Ensuring growth in market share, through new customer acquisitions and existing customers
- Team Management: Set, Continuously monitor & review targets for all team members
Post Qualification Experience: 15+ years of experience
Qualification: B.E. Mechanical with a post graduation/ diploma in Supply Chain Management/Logistics/Material Management
CTC: Negotiable
