Responsibilities

- Head the Profit Center

- Manage the P & L of the business unit in a multi-product environment

- Lead a mid-sized team towards volume, revenue, market share and profitability goal

- Strengthen the CL brand through business development and introduction of new products

- People responsibility - team building, alliance & networking,, talent acquisition and talent management

- Ensure operating efficiency

Skills/Attributes Required

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Demonstrates strategic vision, excellent leadership abilities and strong achievement drive

- Creative thinker, able to conceive unconventional solutions in support of rapid growth

- Dynamic and high energy, able to perform well under deadline pressure

- Sales forecasting and effective sales management skills

- Should be methodical in approach and have the ability to sense, create and penetrate in new markets

Work Experience:

- Minimum 7 years in General Management, Sales & Marketing or Channel Development/Operations

Education: MBA degree from premier B-Schools like IIM/XLRI/FMS/JBIMS
