Responsibilities  Demonstrated experience in handling in senior business position in a large E-Commerce company   Should be familiar with the complete customer to customer value chain to manage the business end-to-end   Exceptional leadership qualities - team and people skills are a must   Overall experience of 5-10 years   Should be able to deal with uncertainty and maintain a positive outlook and a fighter spirit   Must be analytically driven and data focused MBA / Masters from a premium institute is a must  Should be a cofounder / entrepreneur /age should not be more than 35   Maintain professional standards of the highest level at all times and contribute to enhancing the quality of service and products provided by the wider C2C team, managing the entire C2C business line  Own and manage the P&L responsibilities of the Consumer to consumer business  Hire, grow and manage the team for sales, product, technology and operations for the business - manage all teams as the business head  Meet monthly revenue targets for the business  Define the vision and strategy and ensure that the vision passes on to the team below  Segment the revenue opportunities and approach them methodically  Experience in C2C business
