Job Description - Manage P&L for one of the key regions of the client, which is an Indian giant into building materials.

Client Details

Our client is an Indian major into Building materials with a turnover of over 1500 Cr and presence across Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and Middle East spanning over 30 countries.

Description

Reporting to the Regional Manager- North, you will be responsible for managing the P&L for your region (Delhi NCR). There will be a sales team reporting into you apart from support functions. You will have a rich experience of over 8 years in both projects as well as channel sales.

Profile

You will be a MBA and have experience of over 8-10 years in building materials industry. There would be a fairly large team reporting into you, so I need someone who has experience of managing a team of over 15-20 people in FMCG/ FMCD space. Also, You should have an experience of managing a business of over 50 Crores. I need someone who has a very strong personality and exceptional communication skills, apart from being highly number driven.
