Business Heads ( Automotive Spare Parts ) at Navi Mumbai/ Pune/ Nagpur, India  Our client has Authorized Distributorship of Ford, Hyundai & Tata Genuine Parts for Maharashtra & Goa and they need to fill the following positions asap.  Position : Business Heads ( Automotive Spare Parts ) at 3 locations  Location : Navi Mumbai/ Pune/ Nagpur - 3 Separate Positions  Education : Graduate/Post Graduate/ MBA  Experience : 10+ years in distribution business  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities & Desired Profile :  - Candidate will be given one product line for which he will be business head. Will be reporting to CEO. Will have to understand & adopt best practices in terms of the process in the business of genuine auto spare parts. Will have to have a deep understanding of sales process, sales return process, warehouse inward-locations-storing-outward operations, packing & logistics, reporting process, accounts, cost control and profit & loss.   - Will have to take the lead with the existing set of business of that product line and from there take on with the improvements which will lead to increase in efficiency. Will be responsible for delivering results on defined KPI.   - Candidate will have to understand the business KPI and the crux of business to achieve it. KPIs will mainly be for sales target, inventory to sales ratio, payment collection, margin, cost ratio to sales under cost heads like freight, manpower, overheads & admin. Get a clear understanding of the purchase cycle & sales cycle.  - To deliver targeted top line & bottom line. To work in cohesiveness with the organization goals & strategies and meet them in time.   - Shall be capable of team handling. Leading all 3 teams sales, warehouse & despatch. Ensuring all are working independently but in coordination with each other.   - Pushing everyone to do more every time. Shall be able to open, establish & run a branch in same/different city as per the plan. Right from identification of place as required, recruiting & deploying the required manpower, planning & setting up the warehouse/outlet layout, giving it the locations, setting up office requirements, establishing the company processes for sales, warehouse & purchase operations, finalizing the vendors for consumables and ensuring full-fledged functioning of the branch within the given time.   - Capable of handling the external matters on local level and resolve the issues if any pertaining to manpower, mathadi (labour association) & corporation etc.   - Shall be capable of developing & maintaining the relations at the Principal Level and ensuring they are satisfied all the time. Shall be able to run programs on the marketing front in the market on monthly basis like van campaigns, stall campaigns, retailer meet, mechanic meet and at the same time roll out the programs of Principal's if any. Shall have regular visit plans to markets route wise once in a month.   - Readiness to travel for at least 10-15 days in market if required. Shall be able to build relations with customers & develop the business. Also act as key account manager for big customers.   - Shall be able to delegate the sales boys in a way where you not only bring growth in business volume but also growth in network of workshops & retailers. Ensuring the inventory in replenished on daily basis based on two principles of sale lost & consumption pattern.   - Should be able to carry out stock taking activity every quarter and report to accounts team with closing stock reports. Coordinating with accounts for payments as & when required.   - Shall be able to plan logistics in an efficient manner. Find & deploy the right & fastest transport means by which the customer will get material on next day and at the same time the cost associated to it controlled within the KPI. Address & resolve customer issues if any. Maintaining & up keeping the image of the company in the market.   - Shall know what all reports to be taken on daily basis, weekly basis & monthly basis from team and monitor the business on basis of the reports. Shall be task, time & result oriented. Aggressive in action.   - Shall be loyal with management & high on integrity. Adaptable to change & always improve with continuous efforts in the interest of the company.
