Business Head - Automobiles (International Posting)

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in). 

We have been entrusted by a one of the most reputed Indian Business Group organizations worldwide to select the Head of Auto for the international operations for the Group. Could be based at prominent locations overseas.

He would be spearheading the company’s business in the Region and would be responsible for bringing in effective leadership to the existing sales & marketing teams.

Specific responsibilities as the face of the company in the region include:

    * Meet the sales, service and parts revenue budgets and volume/market share objectives 

    * Development and management of marketing plans and strategies of the Commercial Vehicle / Passenger Cars business.

    * Sales Forecasting

    * Devise product and sales training modules to be administered across his regions.

    * Assist in working capital management for dealers and other channel partners.

    * Coordinate with financiers to ensure timely availability of wholesale and retail finance.

    * Devise timely market intervention schemes based on market development and competitor tracking.

    * Assess market size and improve market penetration

We invite applications from Graduate Engineers having 10-15 years of post qualification experience. Experience should be in Sales, Service and Marketing of Automobiles & must have headed a region/ Zone/ Profit Centre in India or in any country in South East Asia/ MENA/ CIS / Latin America.
