Description

Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for:

- Assuring the organisation and its mission, programs, products and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders

- Developing Strategy, Planning and Reporting

- Handling the entire PnL

- Setting strategy and vision to show right direction to the organisation and then to achieve the set philosophy, mission, strategy, and annual goals and objectives

- Leading implementation of the Business Plan, including reviewing progress against the plan and set appropriate targets

- Managing processes to ensure the timely and cost effective development of the key projects undertaken by Division/ Company

Profile

You should be an MBA with an experience range of more than 8 years preferably in Audio and Electronics industry. An ideal candidate should have deep depth of execution skills. (S)He must be a team leader and should have collaborative skills. Candidate should also have excellent communication skills.
