Business Finance Manager (Factory Location).  COMPANY PROFILE :-Our client is one of the India's FMCG Company.They are into Food Manufacturing with having a Turnover of 250 Million USD, Headquartered in Mumbai.  Vacancy for : Business Finance Manager (Factory Location)  The broad objectives of this position are:  To handle the financial analysis and monthly reporting against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) of the Flavour division of the Company.  Defining and implementing guidelines to protect the financial position of the company, strengthen controls and minimize risks. This also includes building up relationship with toll manufacturers, developing financial projections, handling different types of audits (Excise, VAT, statutory, tax, internal etc).  Perform the role of a business partner at Plant level  Lead AOP exercise for the Flavor division, Monthly/quarterly reviews, Financial Analysis & business Commentary  To handle all finance/commercial matters at plant  Evaluation, Monitoring and control over the cost of production and pricing of the products  Reporting to Investors, meeting data needs of the Senior Management  Cost reduction initiatives and review at the plant level  Excise, Sales tax and other tax compliances at unit level  To liaise with various consultants, tax experts, advocates  Inter divisional accounting and assist in consolidation of financials at legal entity level  Cost sharing, cost allocation between group companies, within divisions, TP - control, Intra group transactions  Designing Policies, procedures, SOPs for finance/accounting operations at plant, job worker locations  Working Capital control including inventory, debtors, and cash flow of Flavour division  Evaluation of different and newer business models from various operational, logistics, accounting, tax angles  Financial Authority Matrix adherence and review  Education : CA  Experience (Post qualification relevant experience) Minimum: 4-5 years   Location : Rabale, Mumbai.
