Key Result Areas:

- Business planning

- MIS and scorecard management

- Industry research and benchmarking

- IPO preparation materials

Overview of role:

Business planning:

- Participate and actively contribute in the planning process for SBUs and Corporate

- Validate business drivers

- Correlate SBU plans with near term priorities and convergence to corporate vision/direction

- Oversee disaggregation to annual plans and rolling plans

- Track performance to lead and lag measures as set in the business plans

MIS and scorecard management:

- Drive refinement and rollout of Corporate MIS framework

- Build Role based dashboard frameworks

- Build function based scorecard frameworks and KPIs

- Bring about business leader adoption of MIS, dashboards and scorecards for managing business

- Facilitate in driving performance reviews and forecasting using the above

- Bring continued improvements for users w.r.t. MIS tools

Industry research and benchmarking:

- Maintain and update the team on industry trends and developments / benchmarks on a periodical basis

- Benchmark IBS performance/plan with relevant industry/peers and recommend gaps to be actioned upon

- Challenge business units where gaps exist vis-a-vis industry benchmarks and highlight areas of deviation

IPO preparation materials:

- Actively participate in the IPO preparation process (and reporting processes thereafter)

- Be conversant with IPO related norms with respect to financial reporting

- Facilitate the due diligence process

- Liaise with various stakeholders, including SBUs to present credible going forward plans

Experience required:

- CA/MBA with 5+ years of experience

- Good understanding of Indian and International GAAP, including for Software Companies

- Reasonable understanding of IPO related financial reporting practices.
