Only those willing to relocate may apply.  Qualities to be demonstrated:  - Self starter and ability to work independently  - Sound business and financial acumen  - Ability to think the big picture  - Ability to challenge the fundamentals  - Ability to challenge superiors professionally with logical reasoning  - Out of the box thinking and solution oriented approach  - Engage effectively with personnel based at our global offices  - Quick turnaround with quality deliverables  - Persistence and high energy levels  Key Result Areas:  - Business planning  - MIS and scorecard management  - Industry research and benchmarking  - IPO preparation materials  Overview of role:  Business planning:  - Participate and actively contribute in the planning process for SBUs and Corporate  - Validate business drivers  - Correlate SBU plans with near term priorities and convergence to corporate vision/direction  - Oversee disaggregation to annual plans and rolling plans  - Track performance to lead and lag measures as set in the business plans  MIS and scorecard management:  - Drive refinement and rollout of Corporate MIS framework  - Build Role based dashboard frameworks  - Build function based scorecard frameworks and KPIs  - Bring about business leader adoption of MIS, dashboards and scorecards for managing business  - Facilitate in driving performance reviews and forecasting using the above  - Bring continued improvements for users w.r.t.
