Business Finance Controller - CA - Manufacturing (5-10 yrs)
A Leading International Group is looking out for a Business Financial Controller for its Indonesia Operations based at Jakarta.
The Role focus on strengthening of internal controls along with statutory compliance's besides providing commercial support to the business for taking critical business decisions. The position reports to Country Finance controller and Head of Business.
The position's main responsibilities would include :
- Preparation of Monthly MIS and BRM
- Financial Administration including proactive management of currency risk and taking appropriate measures to mitigate exposure.
- Setting up and strengthening the internal control mechanism and reporting structures for the business in different environments.
- Designing benchmarks for the business against which evaluation can be performed.
- Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
- Budgeting/forecasting & Reporting as per Reporting Guidelines
- Exploring avenues for reducing working capital and increasing cash cycle.
- Strengthening the "Internal Control "process in the organization
- Regulation & Statutory Compliance - ensure compliance with statutory authority and audit requirements
- Evaluating Commercial aspect of all business decisions (Cost versus benefit)
Skills & Experience Required :
- 5 to 8 years post qualification (CA) experience
- Prior experience in managing teams of 10-12 members is mandatory
- Experience in business involving derivatives accounting and taxation laws ( of Indonesia ) is essential.
- Experience towards setting up Finance processes and controls in a greenfield project is preferred
- Domain Experience in business involving manufacturing is a must
- Prior experience in the agri commodity industry is desired
- Spoken Bahasa Indonesia is necessary
- Must have worked atleast 3 years in Indonesia
- Must be from Manufacturing background
