- Evaluation of Products & Tariffs to ensure profitability and market dynamics

- Business Planning in monetary terms with all functions

- Product analysis prior to & post launch

- Network analysis on utilization, revenue & profit

- To ensure optimum capex utilization

- Subscriber acquisition analysis for revenue enhancement

- Budgetary Controls

Note : Control on P & L for the circle, Forecasting, Annual Budgeting, Monthly Forecasting, Trend Analysis, Interventions based on the Trend.
