Looking for a Business Excellence Manager with a Leading Chemical MNC.  - Candidate Preferred from Chemicals/ FMCG/ Manufacturing Industries  - Only CA candidates to apply.  Position: Business Excellence Partner   Reporting to: Operations and Commercial Partner  Qualification: CA (Mandatory)  Other Requirement: Excel Knowledge,SAP Preferred  Location: Nagpur & Hyderabad  Age: >25  Number of Yrs of experience: 1-5 yrs  Must have knowledge of the following:  - Business Forecasting  - Discount Calculation  - Receivables Management  - Cost Control  Responsibilities:  Main Task: (Weight-age)  Commercial support to Business Unit : (60%)   - Order management support through team of Commercial Associates   - Expense tracking for the business unit   - Operational compliance - handling internal audits, EHS trainings, complaints monitoring, implementation of commercial policies   - Receivables monitoring & customer service - follow up for outstanding, balance confirmations, credit limits, account reconciliations, etc.  Stock management support to Business Unit : (20%)   - Inventory management : stock transfers & dispatches   - Co-ordination with supply chain  MIS : (10%)   - Monthly territory wise Opex, territory wise sales per headcount, expense to sales ratio, expense per headcount   - Sales return analysis, performance analysis of new customers  Legal Compliance : (10%)   - Sales tax returns & assessments   - Selling permissions & licenses   - Road permits   - Legal cases for recovery of outstanding
