Business Director Indian Market

Goal: Develop the business and brand in the in the Indian region, including sales, marketing, service, support, finance, and administration.

Own the overall vision and work closely with systems engineering and sales support to meet the set targets and achieve a substantial leadership position in the market.

Take lead in shaping market strategy, managing strategic partnerships, acquiring key reference customers, and adapting the product portfolio for the Indian market.

Market Requirements: Be on top of customer requirements and new market opportunities. Strategic development and implementation of a new go-to-market strategy in the region. Identify and research opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs to fuel future growth. Establish and maintain competitive information that delivers actionable insights to drive growth to core products and influence key product and marketing decisions.

Channel management : Day-to-day management of existing channel partners, by building excellent relationships with key representatives (C-level and senior professionals) Specifically:

Sales Training,

Establishing pilots & reference customers,

Tradeshow support,

International expansion

Securing and growing the project pipeline/funnel and deal volume for each channel by:

Building dedicated product (mix) offerings, targeted to the individual channel requirements,

Pro-active RFI/RFP identification and follow-up

Supporting your channel partners in responding to RFPs, including direct involvement in RFP bid consortia; development and execution of specific account plans for your channel partners.

Positioning & Pricing & Messaging: Champion our value position: Be the products- champion and key spokesperson. Be the voice of our products and solutions and help grow customers.

Marketing: Direct involvement in our marketing efforts (web, email, tradeshows).
