Business Director - Digital Ad Agency (10-16 yrs)
A Globally running digital Ad Agency operating in 60 countries worldwide is looking for a Business Director (B2B experience) for their Gurgaon Office.
A brief JD is as follows :
Position : Business Director
Reports to : Associate Vice President
Department : Account Management
Key Responsibilities :
- Interact with client integrated marketing teams in creating and executing digital experiences while maintaining the sanctity of the brand message
- Strong operation management ability & fair understanding of media landscape & formats especially in digital.
- Closely monitor changes in the digital space so as to identify gaps and opportunities for new interactive marketing opportunities
- Work in close relationship with the Knowledge and insights team, ensure the development of an on-going measurement tool and process for all marketing campaigns
- Supervise operations to ensure deliverables are met.
- Strengthen and expand relationships with key clients.
Required Skills :
- Dynamic leadership, management and team building skills with an ability to Lead cross-functional teams in developing superior user experiences and engagements using digital assets and platforms
- Strong client facing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well organized, meticulous in approach & ability to work efficiently with various functions of the agency, client and media partners.
- Understand and report key measurement / tracking criteria for the creative executed as part of the campaign
- Collaborate with client's campaign team and media AOR through campaign development process, ensuring local context is provided and maintained throughout campaign development.
- This can include providing local market perspectives and input on creative, guidance on asset types and formats based on utilization, and prioritization recommendations based on local launch plans
- Create a strong collaborative work team environment to accomplish launch timelines and maintain constructive internal and external partnerships
Preferred Qualifications :
- 10-12 years overall experience in advertising / media agency with a strong digital expertise.
- Around 5-6 yrs. previous experience of handling digital media.
- MBA / PG higher education with a Specialization in Marketing or Brand Communication
