Business Director - Auto Refinishes Business  This is a leadership role to Head India Sales & Marketing division for automotive refinish business. This role is to grow the India Business Unit to a profitable business by building a strong market leadership position in the selected core product segments. The incumbent needs to build a strong performing sales team and develop & execute the sales growth plan for the India region, Nepal and Bangladesh  Preferred Candidate's Exposure :  - Preferably from retail sector  - In-depth business acumen, with an experience of leading marketing function and defining go to market (GTM) strategy  - Has been / currently accountable for sales at all India level  - Adept at conceptualizing strategies for business development and developing new market segments for maximizing sales growth  - Significant experience of handling P&L management at all India level  - Proficient at developing distribution network and channel management  - Hands-on knowledge and exposure on sales operations like demand planning & forecasting, commercial activities etc.  - Passionate enough to be a part and lead unstructured business environment and transforming the business / organization  - Exposure of handling large & diversified teams  Key Responsibility Areas and Expectation :  - Achievement of the business annual & monthly operating plan along with driving the profitability of the business.  - Drives our share growth among the trade including channel development activities, able to lead and coach the development of the distribution / dealership network.  - Identifying new potential market segments / areas to generate revenues by new account development and key account management  - Proactively tap market & analyze sales result to ensure achievement of objectives  - Conceptualizing and driving the marketing strategy for India business along with the Marketing Head  - To develop a road map for achieving a competitive edge in the industry  - Fostering business relationship with channel and clients  - Continuously drive and strive for a culture of winning team, enhancing efficiency and productivity  - To identify and lead cross functional lean projects  - Lead from front and by example
