We are looking to hire Leads for the Business Development role for a leading stock exchange in Mumbai and Delhi.  Equity Segment   The candidates should be well versed with equity markets, preferably with institutional equity background, have connectivity with institutional investors. Relations with brokers will be an advantage.   Task is to popularize Equity platform with target segment of Institutional Brokers and Investors with specific products designed for their needs.  Strong communication, presentation skills a must along with hunger and target oriented KRAs.  Debt Segment -   The candidates should be well versed with functioning of Corporate Bond market and G-Secs. Experience of having dealt with and relations with large issuers and arrangers in the market. Understanding of the eco-system of bond markets and its challenges is required.  Task is to develop Debt platform through new products, new issues, secondary market schemes, tie up with issuers and arrangers and popularize the platform with debt segment traders such as Banks, Corporate Treasuries and Mutual Funds.  Strong analytical and presentation skills required.  Currency Segment -   Candidates with background of currency advisory, research or trading having worked with Prop desks of Banks / Brokers or in the advisory role to large corporate.  Task is to re-establish as the leader in the segment with all aids of product, technology and branding.
