Our Client, a leading IT MNC in Chennai is looking for Business Development - Retail and Consumer Goods executive at senior level.

Job Description:

- Own the business development function for single/multiple Business unit's or a Geography

- Experience in large deal management and transformation deals management

- Identify new business opportunities through market research, trend analysis, monitoring of competitor activity etc.

- Analyze and recommend new solutions/products to solve business problems and exploit new business opportunities.

- Contribute to growth of business through participation in client presentations, proposals, demos etc.

- Contribute to project management activities like preparation of project plans, estimations, quality reporting etc.

- Preparation of marketing and intellectual collaterals for positioning the products.

- Share domain expertise and provide guidance to other team members. Participate in structured mentoring and coaching activities

Desired Profile:

- Minimum 8 years in Business Development in Retail and Consumer Goods space

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong Stake Holder Management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
