About the Company:

The Company is an online lending platform that provides working capital finance to SMEs (start-ups, manufacturers and e-commerce merchants) in India. They offer flexible, short-term loans that can be used to purchase inventory, service new orders or optimize cash cycles. Borrowers can apply online in minutes, select desired repayment terms and receive funds in their bank accounts in 7 days with minimal hassle.

Their current products include: loan against invoice, loan against purchase order, and an unsecured EMI-based business loan.

It is the trade name of Zen Lefin Pvt. Ltd., a non-banking finance company (NBFC) registered with the RBI. The company is headquartered in Bangalore. Their management team consists of experienced professionals with prior careers in blue-chip companies such as McKinsey & Company, Gokaldas Exports, Oracle, Citibank, Capital First, and Wipro. They also hold advanced degrees from leading universities around the world such as Stanford University, Princeton University, IIT Mumbai, The London School of Economics, and Delhi University.

Founded in 2013, the company has already lent to more than 70 borrowers and has disbursed over Rs. 20 Cr.

It has raised up to 100 CR from mid-to-growth stage venture capital firms like SAIF Partners, Sequoia Capital and Soros Economic Development Funds.

The positions given below:

Business Development : Partnerships & Alliances

Location : Bangalore

- Sr. BDM (Partnerships) reporting to Founders - 8-12

- Mid level - Key Account Manager reporting to Sr. BDM -5-8

Role is to tie up strategic alliances with e-platforms like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, Zovi, Zivame etc. Therefore, need folks from similar experience / backgrounds (payment gateway providers for eCommerce companies)

Regional Sales Managers : SME customer acquisition

Unit 1 : Manufacturing & B2B Services

Location : Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore

Experience : 6-12 years

Reports to SVP - Sales (Manu & Services)

Team : will have a team to manage the regions

Role is to acquire SMEs from Manufacturing and B2B services businesses to provide working capital. Therefore, need folks from similar backgrounds who are handling field sales teams to acquire customers from these segments. (Preferred NBFC/ Banking : Yes Bank, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Reliance Capital, Janalakshmi Bank, Religare finvest, Capital First etc).

Unit 2 : eCommerce

Location : Delhi

Experience : 6-12 years

Reports to VP - Sales (eCommerce)

Team : will have a team to manage the regions

Role is to acquire SMEs who do business on eCommerce platforms and provide them with working capital. Therefore, need folks from similar backgrounds who are handling field sales teams to acquire customers from these segments. (Preferred NBFC/ Banking : Yes Bank, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finserv, Reliance Capital, Janalakshmi Bank, Religare finvest, Capital First etc).
