Business Development Manager - US IT Staffing/IT Services Industry

We are recruiting URGENTLY for BDM-(US IT Staffing/IT services)--Bangalore-2 positions. JD as below.

Mandatory:

Prior US client handling exp

Prefer Oracle Sales/ERP Sales

Required Skills:

1. 4+ years of exp., in Business development from US Staffing / IT services Industry

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to match international standards

3. Proven relationships in US markets.

4. Generate revenue by successfully initiating contact with potential customers, leveraging relationships, formulating and implementing his/her personal sales strategy.

5. Should have experience in Generating Direct clients / MSP's for US Staffing / IT Services Industry

6. Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.

7. Develop relationships and grow them into clients.

8. Consistently provide innovative and creative selling solutions to potential customers.

9. Develop and manage a qualified pipeline of targeted opportunities on a continual basis.

10. Manage assigned accounts by building strong relationships with customers, gaining a thorough understanding of their requirements and long term goals, informing customers of new developments with the service and solutions, and resolution of problems.

11. Leverage his/her existing relations with clients to generate new business
