We are looking at able Business Development professionals from the Staffing and Recruitment industry to accelerate client acquisition for Teamlease RPO Business for PAN INDIA (METRO). This role requires challenging the status quo of the existing recruitment process of clients and offering them innovative recruitment solutions to arbitrage cost, cut on TAT and better quality of resumes.  - Identify Business development Areas to position and market RPO solutions to Large and SME companies  - Formulating SLA's to address Client's hiring cost, TAT, Quality, Quantity and Conversions   - Collaborative approach along with Business heads to develop a robust RPO engagement model  - Post-acquisition, hand holding to ensure smoother transition and progress of engagement  - Relationship Building to ensure customer Delight for sustenance of the business  - Handling the complete contract/ agreement formalities and the commercial / service fees negotiation  - This right incumbent could move to a Regional Business Manager role in 1-2 years' time for this business  - Only professionals from Staffing and Recruitment industry would be considered. Prior experience in RPO sales preferred   - 6 + years of aggressive Business Development and Client acquisition  - High target and result orientation  - IT industry knowledge and know how is must  - Should be able to handle stakeholders at top and mid - level  - Must have excellent knowledge and contacts in Recruitment industry  - Needs to be very proactive and consultative  - Needs excellent Advance MS office, Reporting, Analytic skills, Knowledge of BI tools could be an advantage to evolve dashboards  - Must be Social network savvy and well connected  - Must be able to provide ideate and customize recruitment solutions to suit client needs  Salary Range: 6-10 LPA
